Overabundance of Cord Jackets

My tablet is on the fritz, meaning I won't be able to post any of my upcoming comics/fanart/paintings now. Thankfully, I'm getting a new one for my birthday, but that's two weeks from now. And then there's school assignments and NaNoWriMo...

...guess I'll be working on my traditional art skills a bit more. ^^;

Oh, bummer. Being tablet-less stinks. But, as you said, good time to work on traditional media.

Are you getting an upgraded version?

I'm looking. Might finally get a widescreen Intuos, but the Bamboo Fun is easier on the pocketbook. I just need to know if I really need the 1024 pen pressures, the pen tilt (I still don't know what that is) and the 5000-something resolution. If I'm comfortable with it, I'll probably stick with it, but if I wouldn't notice the difference then I'll go cheaper.

Yeah, a lot of the shiny features seem rather redundant. ^^
And a fuller pocketbook is a happier pocketbook.

I usually turn off any tilt features in photoshop on my tablet. I suggest if you're gonna be dragging it between school and home get a bamboo... they're cheaper to replace, and lighter. (My intuos now lives at my house because I'm afraid of breaking it.)
