Two Jacks

I love this show!

Inspired by the 8th episode of Samurai Jack. Not the best episode, and the main character's "dark half" plot is kind of overdone, but Jack is so cool and getting to draw him twice in the same picture is worth the coolness. I tried to do it in my own style kinda, but keeping simplicity of the animation...I dunno. Quite a few mistakes, but at least I fixed the biggest one--Mad Jack's outfit I'd originally drawn with the colors reversed. Thank God I watched the show a few days before I got back to working on it.

Ink and watercolor on bristol. Back at watercolors after a long time, and first time with the tube kinds! still in my acrylics funk though, as I seldom watered it down, and used it straight from the tube. I don't know what's up with these, but DANG they smell like something BURNT!
