Yep, it's more antics from the two half-brothers Felix and Mildmay, previously seen here [link] , only looking decidedly more human. Also with Mehitabel, the only major female character in the series!
Just a dumb idea that Felix would try forcing Mildmay to speak better and have a sunnier disposition. I guess you can say this takes sometime during the two years between The Virtu and The Mirador.
Or you can pretend this never happened at all, heheh.
