I'm a bit ashamed of this picture...I drew this in light of a tragedy that recently struck those close to me. It might not be appropriate, but I was compelled to draw it. So here it is.
Here Death mourns the fact that while this soul is saved, his loss will hurt those closest to him.

I really like the concept. Death is usually seen as something evil to be feared, but that isn't comforting when you lose a loved one. It's better to think that they went off to a better place, and that death regrets hurting those close to the lost one. I like how in the picture the person seems at peace. It really shows the sorrow of losing someone but the hope that they're happy.
